Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart - Coming to PC with Enhanced Features

Introduction


In a significant move for the gaming community, Sony's beloved action platformer series, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, is set to make its debut on PC. This marks the first time in the 21-year history of the series that players will be able to enjoy the game using a mouse and keyboard. Just like its PS5 counterpart, the PC version of Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart will feature ray-traced reflections, enhancing the visual appeal of the game. Additionally, the game will also include newly added ray-traced shadows to provide natural light in outdoor areas.

Support for Ultra-Wide Screens and High Resolutions


The PC port will support up to 48:9 resolutions, and both gameplay and cutscenes have been optimized for ultra-wide screens. This will provide players with a more immersive gaming experience, especially those with ultra-wide monitor setups.


NVIDIA Reflex and NVIDIA DLAA


The game will also support NVIDIA Reflex, a technology designed to reduce system latency and improve responsiveness. Additionally, NVIDIA DLAA (Deep Learning Anti-Aliasing) will be available for those with high-end GPUs, further enhancing image quality.




Pre-Purchase Bonuses


Players who pre-purchase the game will be able to unlock both the Pixelizer Weapon and Carbonox Armor set early, mirroring the pre-order bonuses available during the game's original 2021 release cycle for PlayStation.
